The man and lady there are always so nice !!!! And they will do the cakes in the carvel light ice cream . I ordered 2 cakes on 2 different occasions they were both great . I'm actually addicted .I am going to get another just because I love it .The soft serve is also delicious . Tastes much better then other places .

Almost $6 for a small milkshake, it was good...but thats a little high, this isnt premium ice cream...but, the staff are super nice

Owner is friendly and welcoming. Serving sizes are very generous and the pricing is as expensive. Environment is impeccably clean and inviting. Great specials on week days. Definitely recommend it.

The staff is always friendly but the tables should be wiped clean more often (with disinfectant). The quality of the ice cream has gone way down in recent years. The vanilla especially tastes much different and we suspect that it is now artificial. Other soft serves are now better.

Happy to find a Carvel down here :) recently moved down from NY. This is a very large and different Carvel than I'm used to nice design and the staff was extremely efficient but I have to say I kind of miss the old design I'm used to the free standing old ice cream parlor looking buildings :( but I guess everything has to change with the times.

I don't know if Carvel has gone down hill or what... I paid 25 bucks for a small generic looking cake that hardly had any Crunchies in it.. I used to love Carvel Cakes I hope this isn't a regular occurrence..

One thing that my husband and I love about chain/franchise stores is the consistency of the product. We find this with Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, and typically Carvel. I watch my weight and have been quite successful, but it was both Mother's Day and "cheat day", so I decided to have a vanilla ice cream with strawberry topping.. The topping was unusually tart, despite being in a sauce which I presume had to be made with sugar. I did not find it to be consistent as I know that there have been times when I have "cheated" with this same order and it has been worth every calorie. The topping did not taste as sweet as usual, so I figured that I would go in and exchange it for a vanilla with crunchies instead, feeling fairly confident that the new order would be consistent and satisfying. I was SHOCKED when the teen at the counter wanted to charge me for a new order. She said that I tasted the ice cream with the berries and that I could not simply exchange what had been tasted. I asked to speak with a manager twice and was told that she would not contact him as he is with his family. I even said that I was going to write Carvel up and give this location a terrible review. She didn't care. The good news is that I saved a bunch of calories as I refuse to eat something that isn't satisfying (at age 41, I weigh less than I did in my teen and tweties and want to keep it that way:)). The other good news is that my dog got an unexpected treat. I will give it 1 star because the taste of Carvel ice cream is unique and yummy, on it's own. If I get a craving, I will drive elsewhere.
